How to update your Password Recovery email address Print

In this article we will explain how to set an external email address in case you forget your email account's password. If you forgot your password, you'll receive a reset email to the external address with a code. Which you need to use to reset your password.

1. Visit https://mail.b.hostedemail.com
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click "Login".
4. Click "Settings" from the left menu.
5. Click "Password Recovery" from the sub-menu for Settings.
6. Enter a third-party email that you want to use to receive the reset email. Do NOT use the same email address as the one you entered in Step 2. If you are locked out of the account you will not be able to receive the reset notice.
7. Enter the password you entered in Step 2 to log into Webmail.
8. Click Save.
