Using Workflows with Web Forms Print

By default without setting up anything, the results of Web Forms will be emailed any to users within the Website Admin role. You can override this by utilizing BlueberryCMS Workflows.

Create a Workflow

  1. Navigate to the Marketing > Workflows section.
  2. Click the Add Workflow button and begin entering in the required information.
  3. Workflow Name: Provide a name for the Workflow, for example "Web Form Submission"
  4. Assigned User Roles: This option allows for you to send email notifications to all BlueberryCMS User Accounts that belong to a specific User Role, like the "Website Sales" team. 
  5. Third-Party Notifications: To send email notifications to people that are not a Website user, simply type in their email addresses separated by commas.
  6. Click Save.

Assign the Workflow to the Web Form

  1. Navigate to Content > Web Forms and edit the Web Form you're working on.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. in the Use Workflow drop-menu selector, choose the new Workflow you created, for example "Web Form Submission".
  4. Click Save.
