How do I reset my Store password? Print

There are two ways to reset your password.

Resetting your password from the Store Login page

1. If you totally forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" hyperlink on the Store Login page. https://my.shopsettings.com/p/sws
2. Enter the email address associated with your Store account and click "Reset Password" button.
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the reset link.
4. Enter your new password and click "Change Password".
5. This will automatically log your into your store.

Updating your password in the Store admin dashboard

1. Login to your Store dashboard. https://my.shopsettings.com/p/sws
2. At the top right click your account profile icon.
3. Click "Profile"
4. Enter your current password in the "Old Password" field.
5. Enter your new password. The password must be at least 6 characters long.
6. Retype your new password.
7. Save changes.
